Login through SSO overwrites existing user email with UPN (User Principal Name)
10 hours ago by Dennis
For 99% of users in a Microsoft tenant the UPN (User Principal Name) is identical to the users email.
However in some cases they differ, like UPN: [email protected] and email: [email protected] (.COM instead of .SE).
When a user on an Onify accepted tenant logs in through SSO Onify creates the user but without roles. Once we set the roles the user gets them and they are respected/not owerwritten. But now we noticed that if we change the user mail for this user to [email protected] and log on with the username [email protected] the email will be overwritten with [email protected].
Is there some way to get Onify to respect an already set email and not overwrite it (like with the roles), as this is the wanted behaviour?
