How is Onify installed? Can we install it locally or is it a cloud service?

Next version of Onify should contain some new features, like action tooltips. How can we add these tooltips for item actions?

I need to detect if current user is using a Mac or Windows computer when opening a form. Is this possible? Also, can I hide or disable the Submit button if user if specific OS?
