I want to export configuration (forms, workspaces, workflows, etc) from Onify. How can I do this? Can I also schedule an export?

I have a development (or test) instance of Onify and want to copy changes to other instance (eg. production). How do I easily check and copy these changes?

I just got an new version of Onify API and after reading the changelog, it seems that the database needs to be upgraded (This version requires database upgrade after installed.). How do I do this?
