When a item action has bulksupported enabled we get a checkbox to select multiple items. Is it possible to have a button instead?

We are using audit export API calls to collect action event data for statistical purposes. At this moment, this data contains information like title of "Submit form", userid, datetime etc.
I have some additional information I would like to show for users regarding a item field. Can I add a tooltip or similar for this?
Next version of Onify should contain some new features, like action tooltips. How can we add these tooltips for item actions?
