How long ahead are timer triggered flows and their resources put in queue?

I have a flow that runs every 10 minutes.
At 15:07 I uploaded a new resource (js-files) and synced it.

Cannot sync resources with Git. I get "URI malformed".

When I add Git settings in Onify I get the error "URI malformed". The Git URL is correct.
