Is is possible to disable forms that are no longer in use (I don't want to delete them right away)? (From the configuration -> forms view.)

Our ADFS cert has expired or changed, how do we replace old with new in Onify?

Is it possible to sort the action list? Or group them (like "Remote tools" submenu, "SCCM" submenu etc)?

How do I change the logging level of the scheduled indexing jobs? For example, to log only the errors and warnings.

Does the Onify offer any process for handling the terms and conditions agreements? Kind of build-in process that the user must agree to in order to use Onify in the first place (and the forms we have created)?

Does Onify come with a Workflow engine? If not, what workflow engine do you support and/or recommend?

We am looking for a system that can both have structured (objects) and unstructured data (in our case, content and documents). We are building a customer support center and we want our customers to be able to search for incidents, knowledge base articles and also contracts in the for of PDF files.

I am interested in testing Onify. Where can I download it?
