Before starting our own research to find a log management tool that is

I sometimes see flows "hanging" and end up running for infinity.
What are the most common reasons for this happening?

As far as I can see only flows triggered by users are visible in the log, except for the flow "sync-resources.bpmn" which is triggered by "app".

We are using Camunda Modeler as a modeler for Onify. Do you have any tips or recommendations for plugins to use?

We are running Onify and wonder if we also need to purchase Elasticsearch licenses?
